Procrastination is a favourite activity, generating a pleasurable guilt. We can only stop procrastinating if we want to give up that sense of hasty leisure felt from postponing the necessary.
Your schedule is your friend, not the cause of procrastination. Select any task that you have been repetitively postponing. Set a time in your calendar to do the task. Allow for half an hour more than you estimate is sufficient time to complete the task. Just like for meetings, commit yourself to respecting this time as the moment to complete your task.
Now feel the real pleasure of accomplishment.
